2. Account Registration
Each eligible player may hold exactly one account with e2ebt. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management.

If e2ebt detects that a player has registered more than one account — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or linked payment methods — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonus funds held across those accounts may be voided without notice.

Players are responsible for the security of their own account credentials, including their registered mobile number and password. e2ebt will never ask for your password by email, phone, or any other channel. If you share your login credentials with any third party, you accept full liability for all activity that occurs on your account during any period when those credentials were accessible to others.

Account registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. This number is used for account verification, payment confirmation, and support communications. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals
e2ebt supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on e2ebt is ৳100 for all mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer minimums may differ and are specified at the time of transaction. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited and may require manual recovery — contact support at [email protected] if a deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Standard withdrawal requests are completed within 4 hours of submission. Withdrawals that trigger enhanced verification (amounts above stated thresholds, or accounts flagged for review) may take longer. e2ebt does not charge platform-side fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Payment Method Matching
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name that matches the payment method used to make your most recent deposit. e2ebt does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unregistered accounts, or payment methods belonging to another person. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect players from fraud.
All deposit and withdrawal transactions are logged and may be subject to review for compliance purposes. e2ebt reserves the right to delay, reverse, or refuse any transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Funds held in accounts under investigation are not available for withdrawal until the investigation is resolved.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
e2ebt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules in addition to any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made available.

The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A qualifying deposit is a real-money deposit made after completing account registration, meeting the minimum deposit threshold applicable to the offer, and prior to any gameplay. e2ebt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of modification will be subject to the terms that were in place when the bonus was claimed, provided they have not already breached those terms.
5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
e2ebt is committed to providing a fair, secure gambling environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account action up to and including permanent termination and forfeiture of all funds held on account.

Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market is prohibited. This includes sharing cards or game information in real time, coordinating bet placement to exploit table limits or bonus mechanics, and any form of chip dumping in poker or live casino games.

Use of Automated Systems: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, macros, or any automated system to interact with e2ebt games or betting markets is strictly prohibited. e2ebt employs technical and behavioural monitoring systems to detect non-human play patterns. Accounts found using automated systems will be closed immediately.

Exploitation of Errors: If a technical error, software malfunction, or pricing error results in a game outcome or odds that are clearly incorrect, e2ebt reserves the right to void the relevant bets and correct the error. Players who knowingly exploit such errors rather than reporting them to support will have their winnings from those bets voided and may face account suspension.

Fraudulent Transactions: Initiating fraudulent payment transactions, using stolen payment credentials, filing false chargebacks, or engaging in any form of financial fraud against e2ebt or its payment partners is a serious breach of these Terms. e2ebt will pursue recovery of any funds lost to fraudulent activity and reserves the right to report such conduct to relevant authorities.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
e2ebt reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, at its sole discretion, in the circumstances described below. Account termination does not automatically entitle a player to a refund of their deposited funds — the outcome depends on the reason for termination and the results of any associated investigation.
Grounds for Suspension
An account may be suspended pending investigation when e2ebt identifies unusual transaction patterns, receives a fraud alert from a payment partner, detects a possible duplicate account, or receives a complaint from a third party regarding activity on the account. During a suspension, the player may not access games, place bets, or request withdrawals. e2ebt will contact the player by email to inform them of the suspension and outline the steps required to lift it.
Grounds for Permanent Termination
An account will be permanently terminated, with all remaining balances forfeited, where e2ebt has established that the player has: breached the eligibility criteria (including underage gambling); registered multiple accounts; engaged in collusion, fraud, or use of automated systems; provided false identity information; or engaged in any conduct that e2ebt determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the platform or harmful to other players. Players who voluntarily self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming programme will have their account closed in accordance with the terms of that programme.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on e2ebt — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of e2ebt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. 9. Changes to These Terms
e2ebt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, e2ebt will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
